Hindford

Not much to write about today, so I will upload some photos instead. Spent the last couple of days washing, food shopping and walking to the lake in Ellesmere which seemed to the only place where a phone signal could be guaranteed.

Today, we travelled further along the canal which twisted and turned through the countryside. We were surrounded by fields of grass, cows, sheep and corn and for as far as the eye could see was countryside. The weather made this journey even more pretty as the sun shone throughout the morning.

We took walk into the hamlet of Hindford, just a few houses, a daily bus and a empty phone box which was there I guess for decoration.

Still listening to Radio 4, learning loads, currently listening to a programme about pork scratchings, an

interesting choice for a vegetarian!
